How Can severe Abdominal Discomfort Along With Vomiting Be Treated?

My daughter has been feeling sick to her stomach off and on for a few days now. She vomited two days ago then felt better yesterday. She felt terrible all day today and got sick to her stomach again tonight. I noticed welts all down her one arm and in spots randomly on her face, bottom and other side of her body. She is eating now. I gave her Benadryl when I noticed the welts on her skin.

Hi,

Thanks for your question on HCM
I do understand your pain and discomforts

As per her clinical history is concerned it looks like she has intestinal worm infection so do a stool examination you can also give albendazole for it also and for nausea tendency you can give [pantoprazole + domperidone] or mix one-half teaspoon of ginger juice, one tablespoon of honey and one teaspoon each of fresh lemon juice and mint juice. Have this every few hours until you feel better. Add a multivitamin caps regularly at bedtime.

Hope that helps
